I had a disappointing experience during my stay regarding the cleanliness of the bedsheet and blanket cover. Additionally, the breakfast service fell short, particularly with the watermelon, which was not ripe enough to eat on both days.

Good location, helpful staff, good food, hotel is clean. Bathroom is clean, toiletries are there. But there is some scopes for improvement. They should keep a staff to attend the call of room service all the time. It would be better if they can provide biscuits or cookies with tea. They served only tea. They are taking the price of tea, they can charge for the biscuits also

The rooms are average, the toilet is not clean. Food quality is very poor. As per me this hotel is overpriced against their quality of room and services.

The hotel location is very near malda town railway station. Good quality is awesome. A variety of food is available on the menu.

The hotel is located in the central of malda town. The bus stand is 500mtr far from the hotel locations. The railway station is 1. 5 km from the location. Food quality is good.

Centrally located. Rooms were dusty which triggered wheezing in me. That was miserable. Wall papers were peeling off. Toilet not working properly. If they take care of maintenence, it would make mango leaf a good place to stay.

Rooms are clean, service excellent. Check in experience is very good. Overall it's a very good to stay for officials.
