Great location , staff were good and helpful. Areas of improvements: menu could have been improvised , hot water was not available in bathroom . Linen and towel quality was bad , time to get it changed . Thanks to the management for being flexible with checkout time .

Good Stay
The stay was overall good. The location was also great. The food was okay, but not great. We had lunch one day and most of the dishes had uncooked food in them. As i inquired about this, i came to learn that they were busy preparing food for a party and hence they didn't get the opportunity to prepare the dishes well in time. But if this was the case, they should have closed the restaurant for others. It is better to disappoint customers than to have them eat something that can make them sick.

Hotel stay included breakfast and dinner, paid additional amount approximately inr 500 to 600. 00. Had to repeatedly request the hotel staffs to check in the record as initially denied having any dinner included in the stay plan. Later food was served which was basically fish thali worth inr 250 only

Bad experience with this staying. Toilet is very congested and shower handle is broken. Service is poor at after night you wont get it. Food taste and variation has also gone down. After several request they did not change the room
