Hotel Crystal Blue

Location was at prime place,Staffs were supportive and well mannered but AC was not working properly making harsh noise.Mosquitos were there in room.Not a good experience at all

Everything is Great prompt room service cleanings , food taste is awesome, staff behaviour is very polite , overall i am highly satisfied

Poor hygiene, no water in washroom , black color water, hairs on bed ,dirty quilt and pillows with strains,poor room service ,food tasteless

Crystal blue provide me 305 room, 1. Batroom bucket is torn. 2. Gyser not working 3. Also restaurant staff voice is soughting. 4. All the thing are average

I find this property through make my trip, location of this property is very good for bus or by road travell.

Experience was at hotel crystal blue very poor, bathroom was not clean, it was used by someone but water not flushed, there was lots of mosquitoes, bed was not clean, bad ambience, ac not cooling staff behavior is also not good, 4 to 5 times called at reception to clean bathroom but they take above 1 hours to send staff in room for cleaning

Had initial glitches later resolved.

We are waiting in the restaurant atleast 2 hrs because another party is going on in the hotel. It's really very disgusting

Location wise this hotel is a a convenient location. Issue is ambience and services. Room was dirty annd full with mosquitos. Telephone in the room was not working, bed linen was not clean and got changed upon complain. Toiletries were not made available. Over all, very poor experience. No value for money spent.

Single bed dirty toilet was worst stay ever. Dirty glass un helpful staff, when i entered the room the bwd was unmade
