Dear MakeMyTrip Team, I had a very disappointing experience during my recent hotel stay booked through your platform. The hotel location was difficult to find—even Google Maps couldn’t guide us properly, making it extremely hard to reach. The amenities were outdated and poorly maintained. There was no buffet breakfast as promised—only a few selective items were served. To add to the inconvenience, during our morning checkout, there was no staff present at the reception. Overall, it was a horrible experience and far below expectations. I request you to please review such listings more carefully to avoid misleading customers.

Dear Sir, thanks for the review. I enquirer about the problem you faced. We arranged for the driver to sleep and provided him bed with pillow in our conference hall and the reception desk informed you about the same, You also accepted the same but your driver denied and wanted to have one attached room for him self. My reception desk guided him to take a room for a nominal amount in near by place 100 mtrs from hotel. but again he refused and slept in the car. We tried all our means to satisfy the guest.

Stayed in the Hotel during my business trip in Katihar. Hotel is newly constructed. It is good to see the same in Katihar. Please keep ironing and its stand in your Hotel. Guest can do at his end and can save lots of time. Designate parking for guest vehicles in Hotel or nearby location. Vehicle parking is a big issue. All the best. Thanks.
