Good Hotel at heart of the city. Homely environment. Staffs are very good and always available.

Hotel has good surroundings and in front desk mr. Vishu is really understandable and supportive. Food is so so.

Good accommodation and location is also nice. Staff behaviour is polite and clean room with balcony.

Great stay with good amenities and view. Ample space.

1. Insufficient staff only one waiter that too from 9:30 am to 6:00pm that too not available during 1:30 pm to 2 :00 pm 2. No room and toilet cleaning 3. Very rude behaviour of girl receptionist even after talking on mobile with some ms divya from mmt overall rating 0/5

The hotel is not maintained properly. Except the main receptionist, all other staff is unprofessional.

It was a terrible experience, i never expected this. No service at all. No body was available on reception. Breakfast included in price but no facility for breakfast. By god grace i didn’t book the lunch/dinner. No body available on reception. Service boy is not able to understand hindi.

The ambience of the hotel & room was very much shabby. Stay was not pleasant and not worth of the money paid. Mmtp should avoid this type of service to the customers. Thank you

The hotel rooms are not good or enough yo be charged at this rate. It was an all round disappointment during the stay.

Location is perfect but food are very expensive as compare to market price

The hotel was nice, staffs were friendly, we enjoyed our week long stay. Total value for money

No food. No breakfast. Bed sheet was not clean. No room service. It is not a hotel type of bed was not good. As my children were at risk to be fallen from bed. Dirty bed sheet.

Time to time change bedsits, blanket etc blanket is very dirty.

Hotel was very hygienic and peacefully.
