The staff were fantastic! polite, helpful this place offers great value for money highly recommended.

Experience was extremely disappointed with my experience. Despite having paid in full online before my arrival, i was asked to pay an additional fee at check-in. This unexpected charge was not communicated to me at any point during my booking process. The front desk staff were unhelpful and unapologetic, making the situation even more frustrating. I expected better transparency and customer service from here. I won't be staying here again and do not recommend it to others.

Actually i reached hotel then i want to check in... While im going into reception the receptionist says room rent 1000 minimum...otherwise no room...if u want to stay pay another 500 or get out of the room in harsh words..He was shouting if u want to complaint go and complaint on your and get refund from their...pay another 500 and go to the room...i dont have another choice so i paid another 500🤦‍♂️..its very big cheating.... Air will go another side🤦‍♂️. Very very worst behaviour... Very worst service... Rats were roaming in the room. Fear to stay here. And also morning 11 o clock checkout timing by management...he says if u come by morning 5 then also u must checkout 11. What is this rules

Bad experience. Mm t should not add this hotels. I would think twice while booking anything from mm t again
