everything was smooth, right from check - in to check - out. easy access to nearby restaurant. value for money stay.

I had breakfast booked with extra price, they said they Do Not give breakfast. I am not sure then why that option is available in mmt.

The place was under renovation, staff behaviour was so bad, the complimentary breakfast was not even served

The room was cleaned before coming. but there was too much smell of phenyl. the second day I didn't opt for getting room cleaning. by the evening there were a lot of cockroaches roaming around in the room. asked the reception to do something they told would put spray but didn't come. no toiletries provided, no complementary water bottle provided. weather was good so stay was overall fine

the room and service was not as given in the description and pictures, even the complementary breakfast was not good enough, though we called for the service they were not answering the call 🤙

Location is terrible, food is pathetic. Entire stay is worst. The rooms are not clean at all, there are cockroaches everywhere in the room.

I had a terrible experience at the stay. The rooms weren’t clean at all. There were cockroaches everywhere. The geyser was not functioning, neither the shower. The bed sheets were completely stained. I want my money back. This is unprofessional service.

I booked for 4 days with full payment but didn’t stay for a single, because of wrong hotel people behaviour a broken mirror lift not working there is no service provided, I didn’t even fell safe there also when I asked Make my trip people to cancel my booking for and refund my money they ask me they will help me

Location of stay is well impressed, it was exactly back side of manyata tech park at an walkable distance. However maintenance is not impressive, there are some flaws in maintenance like water is not coming in sink, beds are not hygiene.

Worst Experience, rooms were roach infested and will not visible in initial look of room but later at night you will have terrible experience , had changed 3 rooms and AC doesn’t work . Coffee takes min of 1 hr to be delivered so you can imagine about if ordered any other dish . Location is very interior and no nearby restaurants to eat .

It was beautiful stay at the property, staff helped me a lot as i was travelling alone so wasn’t aware much about the city so thanks to staff for the support
