Location is perfect and property is also perfect

no proper cleaning and maintenance there were cockraches and bed bugs there were no proper amenities provided

Location is easy to access, need to improve the facilities in the room and otherwise had a good stay.

The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was far from satisfactory. The bedsheet was not clean, and the bed was infested with bugs, making it impossible to sleep properly at night. Additionally, the fan in my room was not working. I booked a non-ac room, so i cannot comment on the ac facilities. Security was also a concern. Someone knocked on my door around 2-3 am, which was unsettling. I stayed for two nights, and while i was busy with work during the day, the nights were unbearable due to the bugs in the bed. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

The property firstly is located in a cramp y place and it gets extremely difficult to find at night. The staff (mainly the reception guy) is very cold and rude. Initially when we entered the room, it smelled strongly of cigarettes and the room was extremely unclean. So were the bathrooms. A mediocre experience in this hotel

We didnt get any breakfast and room was not good so many cockroaches and bud sheet was burned with ciggrates

Property location was okay. But the room was extremely unhygienic, the blanket had holes made by cigerette ash, the towel was torn and dirty, washroom didn't have proper water pressure. It was really a terrible experience to stay there even for a few hours. The room and the lane outside were stinking.

This property is pathetic. You can see cockroaches roaming around the wardrobe, bedbugs in the bed, leaches and blood stain in the wall, charging for non working ac, bracken table and you need to keep your stuffs at the floor. Most important, very unprofessional staffs, who don’t wear uniform and hotel id card, who will enter your room without your permission.

This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. The behavior of the staff is very bad. Booked two rooms for three days and stayed only one day.

Attentive service, spotless rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere make this hotel a my first choice.

Breakfast was not included, room was a bit untidy. Took a long time to check in, electricity goes off now and then.
