No water availability, ac is off and no power back up, for hot water no geyser working, they provide electric rods, and no responsibility taken by hotel management

This is a third class hotel. The hotel manager and service boy misbehaved with my wife. Yesterday they asked us to leave the room using slang languages. Kindly take a proper action against this hotel

After booking it was impossible to contact to hotel, i tried many times via coustomer care number but they pick up phone tel please wait. Your coustomer care service is very bad, i called 6-7 time via your coustomer care to know about property (booking confirmation, parking, exact location, restaurant etc ) but no body responded
