The staff was bit rude and selfish when it comes to serving the customer with kindness. And the one guy was asking a tip. He did not even get seen during my entire stay. Though room was nice and i prefer someone to go for ac accomadtion not to non ac room.

The bed and room are cleaned well. They recieved friendly. They provided towels and water bottles. All is good. They charged 1200- per day.

Hotel rooms are neat and well maintained. Staff is polite and good. Night after 9pm we can't get food with boy to be placed with zomato or swiggy. Car parking not there but can be parked in-front of entrance. Overall experience was so good

It was nice. Room was neat and clean. Behavior of the staffs were also good. The location of the hotel is very closed to vizag railway station (hardly 12-15mins walking distance.

Wonderful experience overall rooms are clean, hygienic. Well decorated. Staff's are friendly. No lift is there. There are no parking fecility for your scooty and car. You have to park at road side. Out side food is allow there.

The room was neat and clean, but very small. There were no other amenities, not even a courtsey water bottle in the room. The people of-tern forgot to keep a towel in the room, i had to remind everyday. Location is central, which is almost the only positive thing i can say.

We checked in 6. 00pm as result we got a small room, we booked for a deluxe double bed room but it seems we a downgraded room

The hotel was very cramped, with very small space to walk, no lift, only one person can travel through stairs at a time. The room and bathroom were also cramped. In addition to this, the hotel was not clean. Also, by the time we arrived, water supply wasn't there. We got water supply after complaining to the staff. Overall, the stay was very disappointing, will not suggest to anyone.
