Property is located at 9 minutes walking distance from Rushikonda beach. Rooms are good and comfortable. Tap water has some minor issues because sand get deposited in taps. Chanti the caretaker of property was super helpful and humble person. Property do not have kitchen so you need to go outside or order food. For family it's best property near Rushikonda Beach. Overall value for money.

Too far from Rishikonda beach ( Nearby 1.5 km), Dirty bed sheet during check-in time, Mosquito's dream world, only one small towel, Bed size small;two prrsons can sleep.
