I had booked stay at OYO Paradise Palace, Bhopal from 25.11.2023 to 27.11.2023 On reaching in the Hotel and checking the room NONE OF THE FACILITIES AND AMENITIES SHOWN WHILE BOOKING WAS AVAILABLE. I HAVE BEEN GIVEN ROOM NO 104. THE IS STINKING BADLY WITH CIGARETTE SMELL, WHEN BROUGHT TO THE KNOWLEDGE OF RECEPTION GUY, THERE WAS NO RESPONSE. THE BED IS NOISY, NO GEYSER OR HOT WATER ARRANGEMENT, NOT HOT WATER KETTLE, NO WORKING TV, NO CABLE OR SET TOP BOX, ELECTRICAL POINTS FAULTY, BATHROOM NOT AT ALL CLEAN, ROOM FULL OF SPIDER WEBS, NO KITCHENETTE, NO INDUCTION, NO HANGERS IN ALMIRAH, NO LOCK FOR THE ROOM, NO ROOM SERVICE, NO INTERCOM, NO WIFI OR INTERNET FACILITY, NO TRAVEL SUPPORT SERVUCE, NO ROOM SERVICE FOR TEA COFFEE OR FOOD. WHY I AM SUPPOSED TO PAY. WITH NO CANCELLATION, I AM STRUCK UP. I AM SURE TO TAKE UP THE COMPLAINT WITH CONSUMER REDRESSAL FORUM FOR NOT PROVIDING THE PROMISED SERVICE. Due to bad stinking, my wife developed severe cough which is another big issue I am facing. The toiletries and towels are stinking bedsheets are not clean and stinking.
