The receptionist was totally ignorant. Even for ordering a bottle we had to call them 4-5 times and waited for an hour. And in our 2 day stay they haven't cleaned our room even though we ourselves asked them to clean. The room was dirty with faulty AC as well.

I booked this facility for a short medical trip, hoping for a convenient and comfortable stay. The location is undeniably a highlight—smack in the heart of the city, with easy access to the railway station and a vibrant array of nearby restaurants that make dining a delight. The room itself? Decent enough, with potential to be a cozy retreat. But let me tell you, the experience was marred by some utterly infuriating issues that turned this stay into a nerve-wracking ordeal. First, the absolute worst: they couldn’t provide a room key! Every time we stepped out, we had to leave the door unlocked, with all my valuables—medical documents, personal items, you name it—left vulnerable inside. I was on edge, constantly worried about theft. The reception guy? Completely dismissive! He kept assuring me that “the cameras” would keep everything safe. Cameras? Really? What good are cameras when someone could waltz in, snatch my belongings, and disappear into the city? It’s an outrageous lapse in basic hospitality and security! Then there’s the breakfast fiasco. They didn’t start serving until 9 a.m.—9 a.m.!—despite my repeated pleas for an earlier time to accommodate our tight schedule. We nearly missed our train because of this unforgivable delay. To top it all off, the facility was a mess. The room hadn’t been properly cleaned, with empty whisky bottles from the previous occupant still scattered around like some kind of sloppy after-party. It’s unacceptable—downright disrespectful—to hand over a room in such a state. This place had so much potential with its prime location, but the lack of basic security, poor service, and blatant disregard for cleanliness turned it into a stressful, disappointing experience. I expected better, and frankly, so should anyone who books here!
