Very bad experience. When i reached hotel, he said all rooms booked but my booking already confirmed with makemytrip. Very bad experience

The stay was terrible with this hotel. 1 st they denied entry by saying there is no room available and we don't take booking. After arguing they give me the worst room possible having fungus and bad smelling stained sheet unclean bathroom broken switches. The experience was a nightmare. Will not book from now

They said the room is full and didn't provide the room @12 in the middle of the night ever they are froud they won't refund after u go back. . Telling that i chick-in and completed the chick-in very wist hotel

hotel not responding after booking, hotel suggest for his other hotel also take other money for his other hotel. reached hotel after that your booking not confirmed.

The worst experience with make my trip, the hotel denied the booking and there was no support from make my trip the whole night. I booked another hotel myself. Now you are asking for a review even not initiated the refund back the money. I will share my experience with make my trip on social media also. Waiting for my refund back.

This hotel was very worst and he suggested another that one also very bad experience and they cheated me a very lot but makemytrip didn’t do anything

When I went to check in the guy told me the price is 1000 and it's not what I paid so if only I pay the difference amount then I'll get room and I said it's already been paid why should I pay again and he said if you want to stay you can or else cancel I don't care. I mean I understand the oyo concept and I'm not expecting 4/5 star hotel experience but atleast a courtesy, forget about that atleast a clean room. The first room he offered the pillows were dirty that you can see through and the room stinks. And then I said I can't stay in this room please give me another room as I don't mind adding 100 or 200 more. He showed me same room on the first floor which was okay and I paid extra 150 which surely went to his pocket. The bathroom had no hot water and water leakage and misquotes all over. It's a stinky filthy place one could stay. I regret that I chose oyo and this perhaps would be my last stay in any oyo. Common OYO management should get it right front desk asks for more money to give you that room you paid and booked for.

Worst ever stay. Will never recommend this place.

Hotel location change by hotel owner and take charge 400 rupess extra for early morning charge at 9 o'clock hotel was not clean and that is my bad day thnku

Don't stay over here at this hotel after book online, they will not accept online booking and will charge extra money.
