Excellent Stay
It was a pleasant stay. The room was too good. The service was also good. The behaviour of the staff was very nice. The hotel location is near the medical college where I have to go. So it was easy for travelling and to find the location. Bathrooms were also clean with all the necessary amenities. I really liked the service. It was very comforting and safe. Will go again soon.

leakage and unclean washroom, not for family stay
Unclean bathrooms with buckets all dirty. Towels are worn out and not recommended to use. Leakage in one of the rooms on all walls

Poor Stay
1. Room was not clean 2. Lights were not working. 3. Breakfast timings are odd, started at 9 am. 4. No restaurant. Inhouse kitchen was available but taking more time.

Terrible Stay
The room was very average. The speed controller of the fan was missing. Nothing was as shown in the pics. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at shoreline heritage in pune, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment i arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and highly professional. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with modern amenities. The bed was very bad, the photo shown has a chair and actually it doesn't have chairs fan's regulator was not working room has smell

familyThe property is being made now, not updated fully. Many electric lines not working. Washrooms not clean. Bed sheets and curtains dirty. It just gives an access to bed and free breakfast. Breakfast is good. In short, not satisfied.

Terrible Stay
Rude behaviour poor quality and maintenance dirty and terrible room no air way. Facilities are worn out and ac, tv, blubs is not working, even lights get off in between for 4-5 hrs waste of money c graded rooms, bed cover and pillow covers are full of stain very bad hotel asking for extra money at checking time everything is very bad here, will never suggest
