He is taking extra 12% gst when we stay in hotel

Worst hotel i had ever seen, too much useless staff. Neither they behave well nor they respond to your queries

It was very bad experience in hotel very dirty rooms no proper AC no proper doors counter person asking extra money for coming before 2hrs I didn’t stay this hotel .. already escalated to makemytrip team please refund amount as soon as possible.. Here is the screenshot of the person who is asking for money

Fraud, scam! so, last night we got there the manager told that current hotel couldn't be booked through the app, checked our booking id & pnr, no reservation made lmao, the money was already deducted. We even talked to makemytrip services said that the money would be return within 24 hrs. And here we are still waiting, we were promised with refund but i highly doubt of that process.

It was totally a rubbish experience, blunder done by makemytrip, how did it book that hotel owner asking for more than extra charges almost triple, very bad experience

Bathroom door was affected by termites, bathroom was not clean and bathroom flush won’t work

First room i was shown in had paint peeling off its walls and was so damp that it stank. I got that changed. The second room wasn't damp but the window wouldn't close properly and the curtain rod came off when i tried to adjust the curtains. Because the windows wouldn't close completely, the ac couldn't cool the room in the extreme delhi heat. The furniture was old and in disrepair and so was the plumbing in the bathroom. The food was way overpriced and the manager who was only available on the phone, wasn't cooperative or polite. The intercom wasn't working so i had to call the housekeeping on his mobile.

I traveled with my parents they denied me breakfast as kitchen was closed? why was I charged for breakfast. rooms were dirty bedsheets were having holes. in the evening there was no water in the taps. no soap provided , my room was smelling because of water seepage. TV malfunction. only half of the room lights were functioning. terrible property.

Worst experience, single staff, breakfast not served, rude behaviour, room was denied despite booking and repeated requests.

Very good location and service

Worst hotel I have got. The owner was unprofessional. He was not accepting a booking from MakeMyTrip and asking for offline payment then he gave check in. No knowledge about tariffs.

Lift not working and they have given the room on 4th floor to a 60 year old. Pathetic. No dinner available wherein it was mentioned in description that food will be available on request basis.

At the check-in, we were ill-treated by the staff and owner, denied check-in, blackmailed us for paying them directly instead of MakeMyTrip, as it was a late night and we had no other option. When we did it, he charged us 50% higher than MakeMyTrip, put us in the worst room possible which had minimum amenities and the most smelly and filthy bathroom. The whole corridor was smelling of cigarettes and alcohol. Most importantly, this Hotel or so-called Hotel is being run in a residential property in the midst of a residential locality on an unauthorized basis (to the best of my knowledge).

Hotel early booking cost is very high. He charged me for that.

Service was very slow not properly cleaned rooms. Not worth for the money.
