It was really nice experience to stay, it's really worth it

Car parking issue and poor room service

Lifts doesn't work. Hotel team controls manually. You have to wait for the lift if the staff is not near camera. No foods served. No housekeeping services done. Have to use same towel for 2days.

Good safety was there and staff was also helpful totally good experience and value for money
