Worst experience ever.. I had travelled with my 2 infants and relatives who had travelled from another state to visit alibaug.. Worst service, Worst room condition, no hot water, no house keeping even after multiple reminders from morning.. Owner & his wife created huge scene at the reception infront of all guests by abusing me and my wife and theretened to throw us out at midnight

Food service should be improved and utensils should be clean, it looks very old and not cleaned.

non veg food is best ,but veg food is low quality

The property is located in a peaceful zone, we enjoyed our stay there. swimming pool was near and clean. however the approach road is a broken village rough road and one has to walk at least 1 km to reach the beach side

It is been mentioned as a resort, however it seems more like home stay. Rather it is a home stay since the food quality is also very average. As per the cost taken, I didn't find it that much worth. Service is also average. Rooms needs some maintainance as the bed sheets and pillow covers were untidy and even when we entered, balcony area was not cleaned.Talking about the ambiance,swimming pool, and garden area is well maintained also other basic amenities like parking, wifi and overall bathroom maintainance was ok. As I mentioned, as per what they are charging for per day tariff, it is not worth.

Hotel is good and the team is very proactive. They keep track on customer for their requirement and give quick service. Owner personally checks and what all is required by the customer. It’s a good hotel stay.

Overall experience was good property is neat and clean staff is co operative. There is only 1 con which is that property is 15 min walk from the beach and the road connecting is proper.

It was a nice stay, room was clean and tidy, staff behaviour was good. Pool is also nice. Overall joyous experience.

Rooms were ok, good for 1 day stay. Food was good. Cleanliness was an issue, one chair was broken and water flow was very slow in the washroom

The resort was a very good experience for me and my family. Their swimming pool is super clean. The staff is ultra responsive and supportive at all times. Both reception guys, the helper uncle and the cook all were very friendly, polite and ready to assist. Rooms were spacious with all basic amenities and were clean as well. The balcony was clean but its roof was sort of unclean and can be improved. Food was great. We ordered chicken handi which was as spicy as it should be, starters were also good and can be customized if you connect nicely. Pomfret fish was delicious and i would highly recommend it. Road to the property is a bit broken but good enough to reach there. Food was not pricey as mentioned by many visitors but i found the room rate slightly on the upward side. Collectively, it was a good time we had at wind & waves. Definitely deserves a 5 star.

Pros -nothing. Cons -bad housekeeping and restaurant service, small room, ac no backup, food -average serving time 1. 5hour, road to reach hotel is very narrow. Non friendly neighbourhood.

The hotel wind and wave, i had booked it on saturday on very much high cost of 7482- family deluxe room. About room, it was clean and maintained. But not worth for cost i have paid. Swimming pool was clean and good. Hotel location is not good. From nagaon beach to hotel, the road is very much bad. Hotel have restaurant but no person will available inside of that. They only take orders on phone. So i preferred tea, but again not good. And for stay of family deluxe room, water bottle should be equal in quantity of person. At 1st there was no bottle inside room. When i ordered he only gave me 1 free bottle and others paid. So overall only room was good but hotel is not worth.

Not worth paying 4200 rs, even the bathroom doesn't have soap and hand wash, room space is very small, tv was not working

During our stay, the hotel's electricity went out several times, and the coffee was the worst. The meal was mediocre at best, but the hotel room was excellent and conveniently located near the beach.

Rooms were clean and neat but the food and the room service here was very poor. Not worth the money, we ordered rice bhakri in our fish thali and we ordered food 2 hours before we wanted it, but then staff has said they forgot to place order for rice bhakri. A guy on reception had no idea about rates of the food and they were very slow. No one even came to ask if we needed anything, i went to the reception twice and gave order for extras in our thali.

Hotel has no glass (only disposable plastic)or silverware. Also very slow service and you have to remind the staff repeatedly for your requirements. Food is okeyish. It is almost over 1 km from the nearest nagaon beach with practically no road(only bumps) and small pathways where 2 cars get stuck at a time. The owner is very kind and polite and attentive.

Property was good for family stay with peaceful environment. Food quality was also good for vegetarian group. Mr. Mahesh (host) was very cooperative and decent in nature. Overall good experience.

Road to property is narrow, but mr mahesh property owner so kind to us, very co operative. Rooms were clean and with basic amenities, pool was clean, we enjoyed a lot
