Review Of Hotel O Ranson Grand

Check in denied as no any booking exist at the hotel where makemytrip booked a room for me & my daughter. Worse hotel.

Not a good place to stay with family

on reaching they told me that your room has been given to other person. They have allotted the dirty room, the bed sheet and pillows having foul smell and full of spots and dirts. There was no shower and hot water. No one taken any interest to serve and provide the service. No towel, no door mats, no shampoo and shoap. No blankets. Lastly i made complaint to oye but they express unable to do any thing. Me and my family suffered for whole night in cold and smell. Terrible experience. Request you to blacklist the oye. Its terrible. My dauhter weep-ed for whole night. Oh its terrible.

It was nice stay but food was not served hot.

Behaviour of staff is very bad and rude and room is very dirty and i would never take a room in this hotel in future
