door lock got stucked even i tried to open it from the key it didnt open ,didnt get the sleep due to bed bugs

Hotel staff did not accept through make my trip booking. I separately paid him for booking room. Please make sure that they accept through make my trip.

Excellent people with good attitude, room allocated was neat and clean with good odour and fresh air

The price shown on the app is different from the price they charge at the hotel. They have charged me thrice the price shown on the app. Also the air conditioning is not working.

That hotel manager denied checkin while i'm entering there and asking more money, dirty hotel that hotel looks like garbage i am very disappoint

Poor Service, They don't how to respect customer and talk. Very bad and worst experience I have faced. Don't refer this hotel to anyone. We have requested to give 1st floor due to aged people and there is no lift hence we have asked 1st floor they didn't give and for 2 guests they provided very less break fast and door there is proper lock from in side the room

We stayed in the hotel for 1 night only as it was not worth enough to extend our stay at this hotel. Just full waste of money. Would suggest MMT to remove such hotels from their listing. No proper service, even after booking an AC room they were fighting to give a non- AC one. But the AC room was like having no AC only. No parking space, no in house food service, neither the staff is supportive. No lift so you have to climb on stairs.

I don't think it is so comfort in this place and as its in Bangalore, should increase its service and to be maintained cleanliness. Which I am not satisfied much and even bathroom to be cleaned it than.

No cleanliness. Not even half value for money. Dirty washrooms. Dirty rooms. Broken ceiling. Fans not working. Tv is horrible. Gutka splits everywhere. No switch boards near bed. Only one switch board and plug holder for charging. Water leaking from taps.
