    Did not get the hotel. The hotel was full. He refused to give room. Customer care also wasn't helpful.

    Not satisfied with hotel room as well as make my trip

    Hotel room worst. No ac as they commitment was done of ac room. Even after booking room through make my trip the hotel denied giving us room. When i requested them to give me the room as i was with my wife and so midnight where will i go to search other hotel. The hotel asked me to pay 300 r extra and then gave me the room. Pathetic experience. Had to adjust without ac-and room not clean. Worst room. Will suggest no one to come in this hotel.
