Hot water facility not their and room not proper clean also size of room very small however food service is outstanding

worst experience, there was no cleaniness food zone is outside there are lot of insects in that area, dinner they have served remaining lunch food

The hotel claims to be ‘No Smoking’ in the promo, but this is misleading customers. Such hotels should be removed from MakeMyTrip immediately.”

it is centrally located near to pune railway station, INOX mall and educational institute and prime hospitals need breakfast offering to be improved

I had booked 220 sq ft room but at check-in time late night 2pm,they have given me 150sq ft room while paying online charges for 220 sq ft room.they were saying managers had given room to some foreigners & now they cannot change.how can they give booked room to anybody else inspite of online advance payment done.Pathetic service

Clean neat hotel. Room size is small. Smooth check in process, friendly service staff. Location is good

Service is very poor. No supply of basic things like morning toothbrush kit etc. Received second booked room in the evening because earlier allotted room had no lights. Ok. I will share it tomorrow morning.
