Horrible experience
Ac is not working. When i request to change the room, with lot of discussion got other room and the same issue. Ac is on with only fan and caretaker shouts ac is on but remote is not working. Fan is working but running very very slow and full sweat. Manager/caretaker language and behavior is horrible. There are couple of boys are there, but no one helped to pull the luggage.

Terrible hiegine and bedbugs
The room is infested with bedbugss and the room isn’t cleaned at all, its filled with dust and insects, pols dont go there anyone i changed that room next day itself and hadn’t got time to take pics
