group. Room size mismatch – One of the rooms provided was significantly smaller than the other, despite both being booked under the same category. 2. Unhygienic conditions – The linens were visibly dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the rooms was unacceptable. 3. Pest issues – I was shocked to find cockroaches on the bed, which is completely unacceptable for any accommodation. 4. Poor housekeeping standards – The rooms were not properly cleaned, making the stay uncomfortable. 5. Unprofessional and unpleasant staff behavior – Upon checking in at 3 AM after a long journey, I was met with extremely rude staff members who appeared intoxicated. This made the entire experience even more distressing.
