no receptionist for almost half an hour before my check-in.... bad smell in the room... cockroaches were there on the bed and fan was making loud noise.. it's horrible experience for me

Bathrroom was hygienic and rooms were clean it is a good to go place. The stay was very comfortable here. Bed was clean and cosy.

Having enough capacity for the given amount surprised me. The hotel was excellent, so we want to return.

Very arrogant staff. No room service. Only they will enter check in details and no ledger for checkout details. No food. We have to walk out and have to get the food. Frequent power cuts, generator won't work properly.

After we booking when we go there for check in they are asking additional money to check in. No soap, no proper towel. Given towel is full of holes

Hotel guy has troubled me a lot. Said payment not received and took 350 in cash. Didn't give me receipt. I got fooled. I was in urgent work couldn't do anything

Booking mention breakfast and dinner is available (i paid extra for it. However, there was no food facility in hotel. Bedsheets and pillow covers were very dirty. Wifi is not working. No cupboards and phone in room. No table chair. Toilet seats were not available. We didn’t stay in the hotel and checked out within half n hour.

On receiption, they say no room available and asked to pay extra 1000 for other rooms and no refund for present booking. When i stated to call customer care, they forcibly told me to wait 2 hr and they will provide room. The provided room was so unhealthy, no ac working, no tv working, very dirty bed and door curtains, even electrical switch boards are broken. They do not provided free drinking water and when asked they said they are charging rs 50- for one litter of water. If you want to take otherwise go away.

What a beautiful hotel it was. All because of the staff out there, they were just awesome. They welcomed us so well. Reaching here wasn’t a problem as the property had good connectivity to the public transport. Rooms also were clean and big enough for me. The pricing was the main part i liked about, it was so reasonable that anyone can afford that hotel. So it was a good experience for me staying there.

I stayed in this during my visit to the city. Check-in process was easy and quick. Staff is extremely efficient and kind. The hotel was easily accessible by public transport. Would definitely recommend.

I visited this place with my friends. We were given rooms with comfy furniture. There was no hassle in check-in process. Staff was welcoming and kind towards us. Enjoyed during my stay.
