This has been one of the most terrible experience anyone would have in a hotel. The owner of the hotel was extremely rude in behavior. 1. First of all do not try to go to its location through Google maps. The location has been incorrectly mentioned and shows inside very small and remote area where your vehicle can't even enter. You can not reach the hotel without calling. 2. We have booked 2 a/c rooms for the family. At the time of booking the hotel, which was more than 1 month prior to our stay, we had called hotel owner to confirm the booking of our rooms. At that time, he gave us the confirmation that our booking is confirmed as per our itinerary. But when we reached the hotel for our stay, he denied us the a/c room and talked rudely that the a/c rooms will not be available at this rate and we should pay him extra for each room if we want ac rooms. The prices come directly on MMT and the customer just books the hotel. 3. Apart from denying the ac rooms, he also denied us the breakfast which was there in our itinerary. 4. As we reached the hotel at night and were very tired, we had to take whichever room he was giving us. Now after taking the room, the bed sheets were completely dirty and there was bad smell coming from towels. There was no use in talking to that guy as he was extremely rude. It will be a nightmare for whosoever books the room in this hotel at any cost. This guy is not at all cooperative and would not think even a single bit that you are coming after long journey and with a family.
