At reception they were generous enough to offer me the room only because i am a girl and has reached hotel. Not because i have made a booking and paid full amount online for 3 days. But with condition that there discount price is not applied on there side of billing, so if i pay pending amount without discount. Why did they register hotel in app if they not ready to provide the room for the price and its policies. And the hotel reisdes in a place where no one can find it. Even though we follow the map, with confusing lanes and narrow roads. And no boards or signs that the building we stay is a hotel. Even the neighbours don't know that it is a hotel. No public transport at-least around 2km. If you reach hotel in a cab or auto and then if you want to leave you have to walk all the way to find a n auto. And you'll not get any help from hotel employee. For the 3 days i stayed no room service was provided. Never a safe place. I don't recommend anyone, especially the people who z ravel alone to take this hotel.

Room location was very hard to find, Staff was the worst. Not even given water in the room. Worst Behaviour.Overall very bad experience.
