Horrible experience
Concern 1: bed was dirty and had to ask to change but still no luck. Pillow was smelly. Concern 2: had to fight with the recipient to check me out. So by mistake, I booked the room for 2days instead of one. By late afternoon I realize my mistake and call Oyo to modify my booking, they denied and ask to call make my trip. So I call make my trip and I was told there nothing they can do and should ask the hotel for refund. I check-in at 10:30 am and check-out at 8:30 pm, for 10hrs stay I had to pay for 2days rent. None of the associate or manager was helpful all they kept saying I can't help you with this issue but is there anything else I can help you with (ironic). Having said that I'll still request the management to look into the matter and refund the excess money.

At times they switch off A/c s and geysers. And you have to make them convince to on it.

Nice Hotel
Nice Hotel and good place to stay for families and couples but little far from bus Station and railway station. This is not matter if we want to walk for a while to get a bus. Buses/auto's are available near to the hotel. Regarding of hotel, well maintained and also staff is good.

Three persons stayed for three nights
family3x room is spacious, the staff is courteous and helpful. The sheets were not clean but when I requested immediately they changed it. This hotel doesn't have a restaurant but there is a restaurant nearby and we had food from there. It's value for money.

New Hotel but don't have house keeping department. No ac on generator
Surprised that there is no house keeping department, outsider are cleaning the room and after cleaning the room, they are asking for the money (for tea). No professionalism in the hotel.

Bad experience
soloBathroom roof was leaking. Room is very tiny. AC not effective. Power backup poor/delayed for 15 mins. Overall bad experience. Price is very high compared to facilities. Last choice in Vijayawada.
