Worst room and service, no wifi signals in room, not attending requests of guests, will never stay at KVR Capitol Suites again

it's an average stay..we booked a suit room but got normal room as there are no such suit rooms mentioned in mt..and also there is no restaurant inside the hotel which is a big letdown..ac water hose is inside washroom which is continuously letting water droplets out through ceiling

The location is good...very near to the main road and there are many restaurants near by. The room was descent but there were many mosquitoes though they provided with a repellent but I was not quite useful.

KVR capitol suites is the place i prefer for my short stays at vijayawada, its location, decent room size and affordable pricing make it a go to option for us. Will be happy to choose this place in the coming days

We stayed 3 nights and 4 days , room service was very good and the location was also very quiet and peaceful, and the facilities was very friendly. I recommend staying at the KVR Capitol suites.

staff is good, but No coffee/tea kittle, no WiFi connected on TV, geyser not working,only 1 water bottle, fridge not working, neatness not there, worst experience this time.

I had a wonderful stay! The property was well-maintained, and the staff was courteous and helpful throughout. The location was perfect—easily accessible and close to key spots. and the facilities were top-notch, especially the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

No service speciality.. landline etc . WiFi connection slow not cleaning the room properly. waste money .

Very good rooms and service. Highly recommended for others who are travel-ling to vijaywada. We stayed their on official visit.

Rooms are not clean and not same as shown in pictures. Bit cozy and old. Car parking is far from the place and no kettle, hot water has been provided to drink. Supplied water bottles are not branded and has the hotel name on it.

The place was quite nice just it needs a maintenance check by the management and the service was quite good

Rooms not maintained well, mosquitos & bugs were all around. Terrible experience staying.

Very poor experience, old wash rooms, old rooms. Doesn't match the pictures shared my hotel. We can get much better hotels at these prices.

Room is very bad. Old rooms. Old and rusted washrooms. For car parking you need to walk for 100mtrs. No restaurant inside hotel.

No service in the hotel. The behavior of reception is very arrogant and irresponsible. The way they answer to the guest is very insulting. It's my personal experience and i told the reception that i would make my comments and report to the proprietor but she replied ( who attended the call) bluntly and didn't care. I paid rs, 3, 000 per single occupancy through make my trip.

Ambience and hospitality are great. Staff is courteous. Air-conditioning is good. Ventilated premium stay.

It was good, the staff were good. Nothing too speadial, just a perfect 7/10 perfect for family stays

Poor service with any food facilities, keep room clean, hygienic conditions are to be improved bedding etc to be keep of quality. Arrange tea coffee etc in ready made with hot kettle.

It's nice place very hygene. Location is also too good. Yes we had a very peaceful stay there
