totally different from piks on site. it was horrible. not recommended at all. worse breakfast, worse stay.

The property is worst which I have not seen before And I have called to make my trip customer care and with help of customer care the property got changed at 1 AM room was complete cockroachies & inserts and liquor smell That was a very horrible able experience

Poor Stay
The hotel team didn't clear the Soaps used by the previous guests. The room was full of cockroaches and the room was smelling bad too. The map shared with me along with booking confirmation toom me to a differnet place and made me wate 30 mins of my time , but thr receptionist was there to help and guide properly.Only savior for me was the location where I had a requirement, as the hotel was just beside it. Location was nice as it was right in the main place. Property is nice, they need a lot of upkeep. The food was organised from outside the hotel which was disappointing. Service by staff in the day was good as they were experienced, against staff in the evening or night.
