service is very poor , i asked for water but not delivered on time so I called many times then they delivered.

Poor service, worst food, non cooperative. They didn’t provided even basic facilities to guests.....

Very bad hotel service and staff behaviour. U have to wait until 30-40 minutes after an order. Food is of average quality.. They don't have serving manners..

Location is wrong on MMT , room size is too small they don't have parking facility. For water they are changing RS 30 until you did not mentioned specially they did not provide you normal water. Toiletries not there in room after asking for toiletries they provide, room is not cleaned when we check in the room. I found cigrate bud, nails and hair on bed. Overall very poor experience.

room service is very bad & staff was rude.

1. The hotel's location was incorrect, I wasn't able to reach the hotel. 2. There wasn't any contact number available to call and confirm things. 3. MMT's agent was also unable to contact the hotel. 4. No call back or conformation received even after the situation was well explained to the customer support. 5. Had no other option than to book another hotel, wasting time and money.

the food was expensive there and they overcharge on water bottle mrp is 20 they charge 30 that's bad experience

i breakfast which is included they denied giving us poha they only gave us parantha that too with pickle only no curd at all is been provided ... this is the worst breakfast ever .. i have been to many places no one do so

होटल का अनुभव बेहद खराब रहा। बेड पर लेटना भी सजा जैसा था क्योंकि मच्छरों ने चैन से बैठने नहीं दिया। रूम सर्विस का तो कोई भरोसा ही नहीं था — न समय पर खाना आया, न कोई मदद मिली। खाना भी इतना देर से आया कि भूख ही मर गई, और स्वाद भी बेहद घटिया था। एसी काम नहीं कर रहा था, गर्मी में पसीने से हालत खराब हो गई। टीवी भी सिर्फ दीवार पर टंगा था, चलता बिल्कुल नहीं था। कुल मिलाकर, होटल ने हमारा पैसा भी बर्बाद किया और छुट्टी का मूड भी। बिल्कुल भी इस होटल में रुकने की सलाह नहीं दूंगा

Very good reception staff v good clean rooms rooms

the hotel is not as showing in mmt, hotel has no kitchen and water facilities and mmt adding breakfast on package. Overall mmt is more faulty then hotel for providing fake information about. hotel. hotel reception guy gaurav is quiet friendly and supportive but if you are going by your car then parking is not there and geyser and ac not work when there is power cut.

The tranquil surroundings create the ideal atmosphere for rest and relaxation. A truly enjoyable experience.

Very dodgy hotel. Please check google reviews.The location on google is different. The hotel is still under construction. I booked 1 room for 3 adults (Parents and Me). They offered me 2 separate room on the day of checkin and the their biggest room comes with a leather bed. No refund or this hotel yet. cancellation and they tried connecting this hotel for 25 min but they couldn’t. Also transferred my booking to OYO. So not sure what it is.
