Terrible Stay
They denied initially to check in got very disturbed that time, later on issue was solved after many calls.

Good Stay
The room we stayed was quiet spacious but it lacks of some hygiene standards. The pillow covers and bedsheets were not as clean as it should be. Overall it was an average stay.

Some good things some bad
First the hotel is pretty average in pricing. Staff is not that good as you expect the pricing but I have seen better. Rooms and service 6/10. Not so clean rooms and washrooms. Things like washbasins/pots and water heater doesn't work so well.

Room was nice and clean. All facilities were nice. Room service was nice. Staff behavior was quite good. They provided us the promised amenities.

Terrible Stay
Facilities were poor of the hotel.

Worse place to stay.
No Good facilities no ventilation, rooms are too hot to stay in . . Worst experience. Spoiled my day. Sleep as the fan blows hot air. I mistakenly booked a non AC room and when I wanted to changed it to AC they said it will cost you 300. Not a value of money. Too far from sanganer. It's like staying in a village where you won't get food also to eat.
