At the time of check in, we got to know that there are additional charges to get an access to SWIMMING POOL. We even spoke to the MD but nothing worked out ! Rooms were OK ! Food was also FINE ! Suggestion: DO NOT OPT FOR BREAKFAST.. they will only offer 1 kind of food (saying it’s a buffet) .. you can’t even expect an egg/omelette since it is a vegetarian property.. Next day we only asked for a single piece of bread (which is included in the breakfast) and he denied to take it in the room .. I mean these are so small adjustments which any hotel can do ! Concluding, you will get much more better properties at the same (even less) price ! NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Your booking via MMT included one Deluxe Room with Activities (which covers pool access) and one standard Deluxe Room without inclusions. This was explained at check-in, and while we offered a minimal additional cost, and we thank you for your cooperation in this regard.
Regarding breakfast, we are a pure vegetarian property—a detail mentioned across all booking platforms. Our buffet includes a decent variety suitable to our category. However, as per hotel policy and general norms, buffet items are to be consumed within the restaurant, and our staff conveyed this politely when additional food was requested to be taken to the room after dining.
We always aim to provide a comfortable stay, but also need to maintain consistency with our policies. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to serve you better in the future.
