I had a very bad experience at Hotel O Champion Galaxy. We booked our stay online and reached the hotel at 12:30 AM. However, upon arrival, the staff rudely informed us that there was no online booking because their server was down. Instead of helping us, they told us to contact the booking authority for a refund and said they were not responsible.
After insisting that we needed a stay and not a refund, they reluctantly provided a room after some time. But the issues didn’t stop there. When we tried to buy a ₹20 water bottle, they demanded ₹30, and we had to argue just to pay the correct price.
Then came the worst part—a long power cut. There was no electricity for 2-3 hours, and even when it came back, it kept going on and off, making it impossible to sleep.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The customer service was terrible, the staff was unhelpful, and the facilities were poorly maintained. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
