Review Of Hotel O Airport Imperial

The hotel didn't allow checkin and I have payed extra Rs.500 to checkin after fully paid. Please blacklist this hotel.

I had a bad experience at the reception counter itself when the boy in the counter was rude and refused to respect the booking, even after showing him the booking details, after confirming the booking he told he has been instructed by the owner to cancel the booking, this was a bitter experience and humilating

It is not an hotel,It is a scam. I had booked the hotel for two days and also paid advanced through mmt,but when I reached hotel they are not behaving properly and said that they had no room. At night 11pm with my family I reached the hotel after landing from Nagpur airport. It was a horrible situation for me. Don’t book this hotel.

Hotel is located in between gully and residential area. Had to wait too long at reception.

Room made in a small apartment with no service like tea, snacks. A sarai of old indian style. Made for people who cannot afford luxury hotels.
