I had a very disappointing experience during my recent hotel stay. I made the booking through MakeMyTrip, which in turn booked the hotel through OYO. Unfortunately, there was no electricity in the hotel from 12 PM to 9 PM, due to some consequences between property owner and hotel owner, causing extreme discomfort throughout the day.
After several complaints, the MakeMyTrip team finally agreed to shift us to another hotel. However, no transportation or convenience allowance was provided. The hotel owner initially told us to wait 10 minutes as he would personally drop us at the new hotel, but even after waiting for over 1 hour, he never turned up. Eventually, we had to book a cab at our own expense.
The hotel we were shifted to had a very small room as compared to this with no basic amenities. Overall, it was a terrible and frustrating experience with poor coordination between MakeMyTrip and OYO, as well as extremely unprofessional service by the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
