I had a bad experience at the reception counter itself when the boy in the counter was rude and refused to respect the booking, even after showing him the booking details, after confirming the booking he told he has been instructed by the owner to cancel the booking, this was a bitter experience and humilating

familyIt is not an hotel,It is a scam. I had booked the hotel for two days and also paid advanced through mmt,but when I reached hotel they are not behaving properly and said that they had no room. At night 11pm with my family I reached the hotel after landing from Nagpur airport. It was a horrible situation for me. Don’t book this hotel.
