This is not a hotel. It's a lodge.they give room on the 3rd floor.no lift no proper staircase. Even the room has not cleared. I have an online booked room at a higher price but actually room price is below 1000rs

Terrible stay due to. 1) the room cleaning is very bad, the bath room is very dirty 2) breakfast included but not provided 3) wifi of room is not working 4) room accessories like towel are very usable and bathroom accessories are not provided 5) water bottle is also not provided. Only behaviour of staff is very good.

There were multiple problems with the room. The tv didnt work it took a lot of force to shut the door the washroom didnt have an exhaust fan the room wasnt clean when we entered the intercom didnt work the wifi does not have range on the floor my room was in (4th floor) no lifts, had to climb the stairs when i informed the staff to check the tv, he just disconnected the set top box and told me the tv is not working. The room latch is also very tight, so shutting the room requires a lot of force. Hotel staff was not available, i had to take my luggage downstairs myself. By stairs (since there are no lifts)

Very bad hotel

We have stay only 15 min. In this hotel due to very small room no house keeping & no cleaning. Very bad smell so i immediately left hotel and go to another hotel. The hotel owner & staff was not good
