Hotel service is average there is not available any service like food or beverages and there is not even a water battle facility staff was good but their service is not as good as their behaviour

Bedsheet and blanket was very dirty and found bedbugs over there. When asked to staff to change the bedsheet then they replied very awkward answer that staff will come in the morning and they will change the bedsheet next morning. Imagine my 4 Years baby and my wife was slept on that bedsheet which was full of dirt and bedbugs. This is what I found in hotel and no action taken by hotel staff

As shown room in photos are not provided. Need to take action so that in future this issue will not occur with anyone.

total mess in hotel rooms are dirty open electric wires no traind staff as well bed sheets so dirty not good property to stay and no safely concern in this hotel

Bedsheet was dirty and blanket provided was stinging. They didn't even provided the towel and when asked they told they have only wet towels available. This was really a terrible decision to choose this property for my stay. I will never suggest this to anyone.

Sir i don't have words to describe my agony and hareshment which i received in this hotel that will not only matter of mismanagement but comes under crime category. 1. Same room available offline 800 and i paid 1400 2. I was allocated room without ac which change on my request 3. Second room have ac but no tv. Again it changed 3. Third room without water and shameful that i went golden temple without bathing. 4. This all doesn't comes under mismanagement but humiliation, cheating and crime. There is a ghost in the room and the room is not even clean but the golden temple is nearby is 250 meters

No facility at all no internet acs are very bad

Almost took one hour to reach the property, situated deep of town n after passing through narrow lanes. Never stayed there.

No tv, bad wifi connection, no proper cleaning. No complimentary of shampoo, hand wash. Lighting issue.

The bedsheets were too dirty, no housekeeping, room was average.

The stay was ok. The location of the hotel was not convenient as it was quite interior. Also difficult to get transportation from the hotel. Also since the street is very narrow i was not able to take my cab till hotel.

Ac wasn’t working properly unhygienic rooms and washrooms

As i booked super deluxe room but here room provided is not super deluxe. Even my home washroom is much bigger then this room. For sure room provided is not super deluxe room. Room had stinking smell with full of humidity. Ac had no remote control. Very much disappointed. I request everyone not to book room in this hotel.

We stayed here for 1 day, I never recommend this hotel to anyone. Pathetic service with no cleanliness in the room. We booked this hotel in advance but at the time of check-in the room which was allotted to us was not even clean, the tap was not working, the bedsheet and blanket were all dirty, toiletries were not there. we have to ask the hotel staff many times to clean the room and for drinking water, we have to call them thrice still we haven't received the water. We already informed the staff that we have an early checkout but the person who was available at reception was not in the position to open the front door so we can checkout. We have to wait for 30 minutes for check-out. There were no formalities for check-out. We were not even able to sleep due to mosquitos, the room telephone was not working, tv was not in an operational state. The staff was not at all cooperating.
