need to do work on toilet section. . and ac would be along with remote. House staff behaviour is good.

Ac room was very spacious, big washroom. Cleanliness, space overall very good. One staff was impolite but at the reception bi-nod sir was very humble and polite. Good option for families and couples, even solo

This so friendly and adorable rooms service

Bathroom was horrible and room was below average. No soap and shampoo was provided. Room interior was pathetic. Not fit for the family.

It was too bad and fell ill there and had to return.

At new akash hotel, the safety measures was average. I found out that temperature check was not regular. Location of the hotel is good.

Worst hotel of my life 1)no water was coming in washroom 2)remote not working (television) we informed but no response from hotel staffs 3)someone switch off our light during midnight and it ca-sued a lot of troubles in charging laptop and mobile. 4)parking security guard was continuously asking money.

I liked most was location which is near railway station patna. Everything was well except wifi speed which i found bad in the hotel. But my overall experience in the hotel was positive in the favour of hotel. Keep up the good work and do something for wifi

Initially at the time of check in there was some deliberate irregularity seen on the part of hotel staff. But after allotting the room we found the room in good condition and it was very clean and spacious. Bathroom was also good but the wash basin was not in good condition. More or less, it was a good stay. Last but not the least, i would like to thank makemytrip for providing the service, it was really helpful for me.

Bed should be arranged properly! and they should clean the bed clothes.

Staff behaviour is bad like manager

Manager doesn't know how to talk gaust, if hotel doesn't provide so many facilities then why are you showing so many facilities. Very very very bad experience. Never choose this hotel.
