Location is good, food service was not available, outsourcing. Amenities were ok and service was also ok.

It was pleasure staying here. Staffs were very cooperative

The bookings were cancel-led by both stays saying they are already booked poor and torn conditioned furniture in neemrana palace rude behaviour of staff pathetic experience top of that full refund not received you should visit properties properly before listing as it tarnishes your and faith in your ratings. The staff was not very friendly. Lift was On only when checking in and later they switched off the lift citing some technical issues which is not believable. The bed was ok but the washroom was very bad. Not hygene and no flush. The place looks really haunted.

Room was clean and proper maintenance

I booked hotel neemrana but receptionist provide us room in dharamshala type room with no basic amenities and power failure

this hotel is very poor 😭 and the smell is coming from the room
