I recently stayed at Hotel Tokas, Neemrana, and overall, my experience was average. While the location and staff were satisfactory, the condition of the room left much to be desired. The bedsheet was torn, and the towel provided was very old and worn out, which made the stay less comfortable. The room itself felt outdated, with worn-out accessories and furnishings that need serious maintenance or replacement. Cleanliness and upkeep definitely need improvement to meet the basic expectations of a hotel stay. With a few upgrades and better attention to room quality, this hotel could offer a much better experience. For now, I’d say it’s suitable only if you're looking for a short and basic stay without high expectations.

Overall it is good hotel, supportive staff, near to highway. Good cleaning everyday. Always full of guests. 1. Need to improve in complimentary food. Breakfast & dinner is fixed everyday. Need to serve different food every day. 2. Also need to provide hotel taxi to nearby industrial area.

The stay in tokes is absolutely amazing. This is my third time i'm visiting to this place and is very ambient with a hill view and an amazing sun rise view. Washrooms are absolutely clean, no complaints at all looking forward to visit again

I didn’t got the chance to cheek dining area as i preferred room service, so apart from dining area, the safety norms during this pandemic era were followed in a professional way. Neat and clean room, lenins, trained staff, everything was just awesome. Maintain it @tokas

Food was very good and having a lot of variety. Room was spacious and clean. Washroom was not very clean. Staff were friendly. Service was good. Overall it was a good stay.

The dining on the ground floor deserves applause. The food was very tasty and great in quality. The room was nice and as per the facilities provided, the price was reasonable. The location was near the highway. The staff was also cooperative. Only, the bathroom could have been cleaner.

This was a great stay experience that I had in Hotel Tokas. The staff in this Hotel was very polite and the breakfast provided by them was very good and tasty. It was a memorable stay.

Our stay at hotel was fine. However the hospitality of staff towards customer was not that good. For a simple order of tea/coffee also we had to wait for good 40-45 minutes. And there's no chance or facility to change room if you didn't like it in case of online booking. Even if you are ready to pay extra to get the comfort and room of your choice. Because sometimes what you see in pictured can be totally different when seen in actual. Can rate this hotel average only.

Stayed two nights in Non AC room. Air Cooler & Fan worked properly, then came rain as a soother. Room was old, needed repair, otherwise neat, toilet was also clean. Room service OK. Food was average, but slightly costly. Reception was customer friendly and did not allow the Taxis to extra charge. Well a nice place to stay at the Delhi Jaipur Xpressway.
