The bookings were cancel-led by both stays saying they are already booked poor and torn conditioned furniture in neemrana palace rude behaviour of staff pathetic experience top of that full refund not received you should visit properties properly before listing as it tarnishes your and faith in your ratings. Unclean Washroom and lift not wor
coupleThe staff was not very friendly. Lift was On only when checking in and later they switched off the lift citing some technical issues which is not believable. The bed was ok but the washroom was very bad. Not hygene and no flush. The place looks really haunted.
