The hotel was not up to the mark. We had booked a high-priced executive room with a bathtub. However, there was no water coming from the tap in the bathtub. After struggling for two hours, someone finally came for repairs. He did something, and water started coming. But after half an hour, the same issue occurred again. The water supply in the washroom was very poor. There was no water available in the toilet seats either. They did not provide basic amenities like a dental kit, body wash, or soaps. We had to ask for them, and only then were they provided. The AC was cooling very slowly. We requested a room change, but the staff said only one room with this facility was available. Breakfast was included with our booking, but there was no buffet option. Instead, a staff member came and gave us a limited menu to choose from, which has never happened to us before. Overall, it was the worst experience ever.

It is a very Clean property staff is polite and best is the food quality and taste.

Very bad experience with room and service

I stayed at this hotel yesterday and found it to be absolutely pathetic, not deserving even a single star. Below is a detailed description of the issues with this property: 1. There was no water in the washrooms. I wonder why they even bothered installing bathtubs in the rooms. 2. The swimming pool is dirty, and there's no one available to clean it, making it pointless to use. 3. Room service is terrible. If you order something, expect to wait at least an hour for it to be delivered. 4. Breakfast – There is no buffet breakfast at this hotel. If you book a room with breakfast included, they only bring food from their limited menu of 4-5 items. Please do not choose this hotel; the price is not worth it. It’s a 1-star hotel at best.

The bedsheets were not clean. No towel available, food quality was not up to the mark. Many mosquitos in dining hall. Poor maintenance of bathroom

No swimming pool, no bath tub, no wifi, no dth connection. Poorly maintained kettle. Overall - ambience of the hotel is good and seems like under maintenance. Post that it would definitely be a good choice to consider.

The rooms and staff are all good, but the only problem that i had was with the restaurant at the time of breakfast. They had only limited options for breakfast that too, unhealthy - only pratha and sandwich nothing else. No buffet what so ever. Also the food was not good in taste.

Most worst hotel i had ever stayed. While i was bathing suddenly tap water stopped i cleared all lather from my body by towel and went to reception to inform. They said they started motor just i waited approx 20 minutes but no response. I went to reception again they said sir use bathroom which is situated downstairs. Irresponsible response from reception

I stay with my family very very delightful stay and well maintained rooms and food is really amazing with good service. I suggest to everyone must be visit.

Our train was late and we requested them for a few extended hours. After agreeing to our request they said that we will have to pay the amount for half day. And we stayed there for 3-4 extra hrs. While checking out they charged us for a full day and they did not keep their words. Pathetic experience. Would never recommend it to anyone. Please do not visit this hotel.

Hotel is at a good location, rooms were well maintained, staff was good too.

Clean rooms, swimming pool is also good but after 6pm they request to come out but when we entered they told 8am to 8pm timing. Staff is good, location on highway, food quality good

Tv doesn't work, wifi dint work, phones dint work, airtel network in the hotel was bad as well, food was bad ( i had just tea and decided not to try anything else) and the room was decent. Overall not a good experience.

Room was good. Staff is very supportive. Food is also good. Security in hotel. Parking also available and security guard available for 24 hours. Privacy also in the store hotel. Professional behavior observed in the hotel by the staff.

We stayed for a couple of days and the ambience and overall hotel was decent. Food also very nice and delicious.
