Very bad experience!
Hotel staff did not provide doormat even i requested many times. No cleaning ness, very dirty rooms and staff was not listening for that. I stayed in royal delux but it was looking like a normal room and not as the pictures shown during booking time. Very very bad experience.

Positive : staff was polite and helpful. Parking available. Negative: room and bed was not cleaned. Layer of mud and dirt on wardrop and bed.

Terrible Stay
Neelam paradise is the worst hotel i have ever seen. The room with lots of dust, unclean room, bathroom was horrible. Service was pathetic please don't recommend this hotel to anyone. I booked this hotel for 3 days but i stayed only for 1 day. Total loss.

Nice food but little more service upgrade is required
Service was good, food was nice but facilities in my room were little disappointing no slippers, no dental kit for everything you need to call reception however it was provided later

Pathetic experience
We are group of five people had to stay a night but it was really terrible at hotel there was no restaurant facility, washrooms were not clean and staff was insufficient, there was no one to pick our calls for room service and in morning we ordered tea, he accepted our order but after 30 minutes he declined our order stating that there no milk in restaurant.

Hotel location on 8 km from railway station, its a peaceful area, room cleans but room service not too fast.
