Mera experience yaha average tha , room clean hai bt washroom nahi , basic toiletries available nahi rehti , staff accha hai bt trained nahi hai , unka behave 500-800 wale hotel jaisa hota hai ! Chai bahot he jyada kharab bana kar laate hai , khana average hai !

worst experience
Never had ab experience worse than this one. I booked their premium room and reached hotel at 5 pm , they gave their basic room and it was stinking, i was denied the room i booked stating that it is occupied. I asked for refund and they said contact mmt for that with no remorse and then they agreed to gove the room after an hour. It was atleast in better condition than the previous one. Bad customer experience, would give 2 stars for a few staff who were polite and helpful

Poor Stay
The online booking room was terrible and had broken bed with no hot water facility and least co operation by staff, the next day we had asked to give us some good rooms and their staff told to book directly

Cleanliness need to be looked into. Property is good but bathroom maintenance and cleaning need more effort

Avoid if you can
Unclean bedsheets with hair which I had to call and get changed. No Wi-Fi reception in the rooms and they'll tell you there's a renovation going. The complimentary water bottles were refills with debris floating in them. I had to go and blast the reception and get the water with unbroken seals. Hot water did not work and bathroom floods. I asked in advance for packed breakfast as I was leaving for the airport which wasn't ready so they said, they'll give me jam toast and eventually it was plain toasts with no butter and jam which I had to throw away. So you can judge for yourself what this hotel is like.

Hotel stay ok
Hotel staff can be more supportive. Food was okay. Guest is strictly not allowed in this Hotel so make sure no guests are coming. If any guest is there then they will charge you phone and they dont give any receipt for this. Hygiene is okay
