There was no access to activity area, indoor game area, they said that we allow only if there are minimum 8 guest only on sat-sun.

Overall a good experience, the room was pretty good but not 100% satisfied because the bathroom and blanket are not clean. But it's a good place but not justified the price.

I am used to frequently book this hotel for getting good services, Very good tasty food at reasonable rate. Hotel staff is also very cooperative. Outlook of hotel specially in late evening is beautiful. Good play ground park for children. Overall, value for money.

Also, tell us if you would ask for a room far from the indoor pool because the noise was too loud at night, or share that you would have remembered to bring your own shampoo because the establishment doesn't supply these essentials to help keep their costs

Comfortable rooms with good services

As the original hotel I had booked in Gandhinagar for Summit which was near the Conference Hall was not confirmed by MakemyTrip, and I was without reservation and got them to book me in available hotel near the summit. This hotel was about 20kms away and I had to commute using a auto-rickshaw in the winter coldness morning and night. This hotel was on the highway and more like a night stay hotel for truck drivers. I was actually scared in the beginning and feeling very low due to the fault of MakemyTrip but the staff made me feel very safe and comfortable. Also they were very mannered and friendly.

We are totally disappointed by visiting Hotel Nataraj. Instructed in the morning about all lacunae. Owner promised for Best Services for future. Offered free tea for four person and apologize for inconveniency. First Impression Very Bad.
