Staf behave very bad and service are not good

Room allotted to me was normal room. The floor suppose to be under construction, bathroom was not cleaned rusty tapes, broken mirror. The bed cover was not cleaned even the room was also not properly cleaned. In overall i have charged more than that was served to me. It was a horrible stay.

Dirty wash room which is most important thing of you stay in hotel. As well as room was not cleaned.

Behavior of staffs very bad. Room service very poor. Rooms are smaller than what displayed as deluxe room. Bathrooms are not well maintained.

Comfortable stay. I enjoyed to the fullest.

The stay was terrible. Its started very first from the reporting at the hotel. They told that they don't have any rooms available and then they shifted us at a low grade hotel narayan vishal. It was completely disappointing as i have taken the hotel to work but no wifi was working at that hotel

they are unprofessional and un ethical, very bad behaviour and unprofessional. very bad for couple and family.
