Room allotted to me was normal room. The floor suppose to be under construction, bathroom was not cleaned rusty tapes, broken mirror. The bed cover was not cleaned even the room was also not properly cleaned. In overall i have charged more than that was served to me. It was a horrible stay.

Behavior of staffs very bad. Room service very poor. Rooms are smaller than what displayed as deluxe room. Bathrooms are not well maintained.

The stay was terrible. Its started very first from the reporting at the hotel. They told that they don't have any rooms available and then they shifted us at a low grade hotel narayan vishal. It was completely disappointing as i have taken the hotel to work but no wifi was working at that hotel
