the rooms were nice and big but not clean sheets were not washed there were pickle stains, hair on the sheets the floor had onions the bathroom had black mildew and the toilet had stains. early in the morning there was no hot water and after 7 the water was scalding hot and cold water tap also had hot water the staff tried to help but terrible management I will not stay there again and will not reco.mend to anyone. Room was spa house but it was very dirty The sheets had pickle stains and hairs They were not washed The toilet was disgusting

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was polite and helpful. Location was convenient, making it easy to get around.

Ambience is good and clean. All are working except fan regulator is not working properly other wise staff is nice and addressed all my issues/questions on time. overall experience is good.

good for stay we have taken 3 rooms from my side and I referred to more than 10 members and taken almost 15 room

The surrounding are dirty and stinking . location is in a small narrow lane. Staff are untrained. Facilities are very bad. Till 8 am, you can't get even morning tea. Washrooms need lots of improvement and safety for senior citizens . Food is average. Not worth.

Stay is good. But approach road is very narrow. No complimentary breakfast for online booking through makemytrip. But they are providing complimentary breakfast if we book the room directly by calling Hotel reception.

The stay is ok..but the food and staff need to be improved..most of the items in the in-house restaurant are not available and the staff don't have the patience to explain..the breakfast is very limited.the staff were playing loud music from their mobile in the restaurant.

Clean rooms and very polite staff. We stayed for 1 night but it was a nice comfortable one. The food too is good. The breakfast spread could’ve been a bit better for the price. But whatever items served, they were good. Parking too is adequate.

If you book on line their treatment is so rude. You are suppose to check out sharp 12:00 pm, for even half an hour you need to pay extra. Breakfast is horrible

There is not even a single smoking room available..nor any place to smoke in corridor...noted on diary that will not visit again
